I am trying to run php 4 on Win 95 under Apache 
when I use IE4 to run http://mywebserver/index.php it gives error: "file MSVCIRT.DLL connected to missing export MSVCRT.DLL: ??_U@YAPAXI@Z", those are files of microsoft runtime library.

Ancient version. Upgrade to PHP 4.0.5 at least.
