Requesting possibility to pass constructor arguments when using PDO::FETCH_CLASS | PDO::FETCH_CLASSTYPE. It would be very useful.

This feature request got no traction during almost nine years, and
given that you can use PDO::FETCH_INTO (or an userland ORM)
instead, I'm closing as WONTFIX.

If you still think this feature would be beneficial for PHP,
please pursue the RFC process[1].
