Description:
------------
I'm using Win2003K (fully patched), Apache 2.2.17 (Win32) and PHP 5.3.6.

Please run the following two lines in a PHP file:

$sTimeStamp = date("Y_m_d_H_i_s_u_");
print($sTimeStamp);

It will display as so:
2011_04_04_14_20_55_000000_

Every time I run the file, the microseconds is always 000000.

I hope this really is a bug and that you enjoy fixing it.
Thank You (!!!) and Best Regards.
