The following code worked on 4.3.1 but does not work on 4.3.2 on Mac OSX 10.2.6. with Apache 2.0.47.

preg_match() does not allow accentuated characters to be matched on the above configuration.

if(preg_match("/^[[:alpha:]]+$/",$x))
 echo "matched";
else
 echo "unmatched";
?>


Expected result:
----------------
matched

Actual result:
--------------
unmatched
