Looping create_function() leaks memory even if you unset the object.

Reproduce code:
---------------
<?
while(true)
{
	$var = create_function('', '$a = 0;');
	unset($var);
}
?>

Expected result:
----------------
No increase in memory usage.

Actual result:
--------------
Grows around 100-150meg per sec.
