Description:
------------
Small suggestion: Add info on <?= ?> and <% %> to the documentation at http://www.php.net/manual/en/migration.startendtags.php

As I don't know the gory details, it'd be nice if someone who knew the details could add them. Thanks.

Please don't add that info, those are absolutely NOT recommended tags!

Ok, but how about a description of what they were for, for the sake of those looking at old code?

http://www.php.net/manual/en/language.basic-syntax.php is the page you are looking for.
