On Apache 1.3.22 with PHP 4.1.1 as module, when include_path is set, whatever the path, always gives similar output only...

  <b>Warning</b>: Failed opening '/httpd/web/index.php' for inclusion (include_path='/httpd/web') in <b>Unknown</b> on line <b>0</b><br>

Correct output is given when used as cgi with php.exe or when include_path is not set in php.ini or httpd.conf with php_value
