There are 3 problems when enable the mod_dav module:

1. undefine data type "request_rec" in "ext/dav/php_dav.h"
  possible solution:
        add "#include <httpd.h>"

2. parsing error in "ext/dav/dav.c" line 153
  reason:  an extra ";" at the end of line
  possible solution:
        Remove the ";" at the end of line

3. wrong arguement in "sapi/apache/mod_php4.c" line 749
  reason:  "send_php" only take 3 args but the code give 4
  possible solution:
        Remove the extra arg ", 0"
