Description:
------------
Hello, an idea popped up to add links to the CHM pages of the PHP documentation. When browsing the CHM files there isn't any option to see which is the current page at online version. So maybe adding a link in the footer to an online manual would be a good new feature.

Thanks so much for checking this out or considering adding it.
