CGI-PHP-Scripts under Apache doesn't work (PHP parser outside of web
tree).
"Premature end of script headers"

what is in your php.ini, 
how was your php configured,
are there any messages in the error log ...

after compiling the new source 4.0.3 PHP-CGI doesn't work

i have removed the old php.ini and recompiled the source
now it works fine!
