Description:
------------
Modify the "URL search fallback" php.net/my preference to also work in the search box.

In other words, with "URL search fallback" defined to "documentation", typing "foo" in the search box should use the "documentation" search instead of the "function" search.

Also, rename "URL search fallback" to something like "Search fallback" as it would no longer be 404 URL specific.
