Description:
------------
When building multiple SAPIs, each of the resulting files is quite huge. Most of the code in any binary and mod_php is identical, so it would be nice to first build a shared lib from PHP_GLOBAL_OBJS and then build the SAPIs from their individual objects (PHP_CLI_OBJS, PHP_FPM_OBJS, PHP_PHPDBG_OBJS, PHP_CGI_OBJS, PHP_SAPI_OBJS), PHP_BINARY_OBJS for the executable SAPIs and the new shared lib.
