The following URLs are often referenced by (new) coders:

No mention there of the new setting:

    max_file_uploads	20	PHP_INI_SYSTEM	Available since PHP 5.2.12

... which could help a lot when people are debugging _why_ multiple uploads fail.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
