Warning: Failed opening 'header.php' for inclusion (include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in E:\Storage\WWW\Sites\X-Designz\TMP7sbswxxboi.php on line 2

I get this error every tie i try to include something in to a page. Also its not in the php.ini file. Just thought i would let you know about it.
