The "PHP Manual Online" differs from the "PHP HTML Manual (one BIG file)". At least the latter (one big file) does not include anything about the file upload security fix. ( is_uploaded_file() )

Just compare "Chapter 19. Handling file uploads" in the two documents, the differences are obvious.

This would not be a problem in itself if the docs page (php.net/docs.php) had some warning about the "PHP Manual Online" being the only up-to-date documentation. Not regularly updated docs should be marked, imho.


Otherwise PHP is great. Keep up the good work !
