Fine folks,

   The INSTALL file is missing a step that made me spin my wheels a little.  Under the QUICK INSTALL (Static) section on the second page, you gunzip apache ... then gunzip php...  make and install php... cd back to apache and (re)configure, make and then copy some files.

   You need to add the step that says to make install in the apache directory (the second time in).  It just isn't there and it took some time for me to find it.

   Now I can play....  Thanks for the new toy
