hi, the page at http://it.php.net/http_build_query
says that the parameter [, int $enc_type = PHP_QUERY_RFC1738 ]
is present in php 5.3.6 but it is not, probably is available in trunk
documentation must be fixed

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
