Description:
------------
The start_index and num parameters of array_fill are described thus:
start_index
The first index of the returned array. Supports non-negative indexes only.
num
    Number of elements to insert

Actually--and as illustrated in example #1--the start_index argument does support a negative value. The num argument, however, does not.
