in libcurl doc, there has "This option does not limit how much data libcurl will 
actually send, as that is controlled entirely by what the read callback returns.", 
which is not maintionned in doc of php.

see "http://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/curl_easy_setopt.html#CURLOPTINFILESIZE"

this is important when uploading partail file contents.

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
