The page reads: "this extension has no configuration directives defined in php.ini", while it has two of them:

1. imagick.locale_fix (Default: 0, PHP_INI_ALL)
2. imagick.progress_monitor (Default: 0, PHP_INI_SYSTEM)

I cannot provide any further information on what they do.  I have grepped the source code of the extension, but did not find any helpful comments on those directives.

A complement would me more than welcome :-)

Thanks for the report, and complements to the bug reporter! ;) It's fixed in SVN 
and will show up online this upcoming Friday.
