"sybase: if PDO_DBLIB was linked against the FreeTDS libraries" should be "sybase: if PDO_DBLIB was linked against the Sybase ct-lib libraries"

"or dblib: if linked against any other variety of DB-lib. " should read "or dblib: if linked against the FreeTDS libraries."

there are no "other libraries"

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
