I already reported this to the mirror admins them self but they do not respond. It's about nl2.php.net, that mirror is slow as hell and needs to be faster or purged in my opinion because I always have to choose an other mirror myself.

anyone else in regard to this issue.  Regardless, the mirror is operating as 
expected now.  If you experience problems again in the future, please send an
