The comment posted by dev dot stn at gmail dot com on 20-Feb-2010 01:54 in http://php.net/manual/en/function.html-entity-decode.php
is invalid.

It's saying that the function does not handle well the decoding of numeric html entities to UTF-8, while in fact it does.

It's bad to appear as the first note on the manual for this function.
