Description:
------------
When I run "php -d ini_var=some;thing" from the command line
the part after the semicolon gets swallowed (as if it were an ini comment)

Test script:
---------------
php -d include_path=foo;bar -f foo.php

foo.php:

<?php

echo get_include_path();

?>

Expected result:
----------------
foo;bar

Actual result:
--------------
foo

Thank you for taking the time to write to us, but this is not
a bug. Please double-check the documentation available at
http://www.php.net/manual/ and the instructions on how to report
a bug at http://bugs.php.net/how-to-report.php

Use -d include_path="'a;b'"
