When retrieving text from a 65535 memo field
in an MDB-based DSN, only the  first 4096 bytes are fetched, with fits the default value in php.ini
Changing the value in php.ini was without effect.

The Problem was worked around so far by using an
hex editor with php4ts.dll :-)

The PHP-Version used was from the 4.0.0 binary distribution,
we use the ISAPI-DLL with IIS4.
