The IP to Country entry for my IP range (194.50.88.0/24) is listed as CZE rather than GBR(UK) as it should be in the ip-to-country.db file. I also noticed this file is showing as being modified Jan 30 2006 on my mirrors and the main www.php.net site which is rather old, should it have been updated?

Outdated database explains a lot :)

This should be fixed as of next update.
