The currenty PHP Manual in CHM format is looking for each HTML page in a hardcoded path of H:/phpdoc/en/...

Makes the help manual good for taking up seven megs of space and not much else.

I also have no clue what currenty means :( - think I meant current.

Please do not submit the same bug more than once. An existing
bug report already describes this very problem. Even if you feel
that your issue is somewhat different, the resolution is likely
to be the same.
