Item 2.3 of the PHP FAQ very helpfully lists sources
for the various adjunct libraries that can be used
by PHP. It neglects mention of the GNU readline
library, however. The source location I use is:

   ftp://prep.ai.mit.edu/pub/gnu/readline/

It's now added in the FAQ. Your comments to bring in some order information
and what is missing are welcome. Thank you.
