Description:
------------
The Single HTML documentations on
http://www.php.net/download-docs.php are not downloadable.
When clicking onto the link the mirror site is opening.

When left clicking onto a mirror the HTML file is shown in
the webbrowser (Konqueror and Firefox) but the .gz file is
not downloaded to the harddisk as expected,

When right clicking onto a mirror and choosing "Save link
as..." I get a download window but the filename is just
"mirror" but not the expected name of the .gz file. If the
filename is changed to the expected filename of the .gz
file then there's only downloaded an unusable file.

A possible solution could be not only to gzip the HTML
files but to tar it into a .tar.gz file. The other
possible solution could be to change the PHP script which
is used for downloading the files.
