When attempting to subscribe to a mailing list from this URL:
http://www.php.net/mailing-lists.php

there is a delay of 10-20 seconds and then the messages on the next page:

We were unable to subsribe you due to some technical problems. Please try again later.

This's been going on for at least an hour now.

As the message says, please try again *later*. Later means later. BTW if you need to get into some list now, see http://php.net/unsub.php and guess how you can subscribe based on the info on unsubscription. It is easy :)

We are working on getting some of our services back as soon as possible. The lists are working, but the web subscriptions are not working yet.
