While CVS source snapshots are still released every two hours, the last Win32 CVS build that can be found on snaps.php.net is dated Apr 04, 2003 14:30 GMT.

Furthermore, the page says:

Next STABLE Win32 snapshot in: please consult /dev/urandom
Next Latest CVS Win32 snapshot in: please consult /dev/urandom

It would be great if you could fix that :-)

This should be fixed now (the first snapshot due in an hour or so).
