I'm sorry if this is in the latest version of PHP but I haven't seen it documented anywhere.
It would be nice if PHP supported the suggestion in the HTML 4.0 spec that semicolons be allowed as the
query string delimiter rather than ampersands.  Please read the following paragraph to see what I'm referencing:

Again, I'm sorry if this is already a feature and I just haven't found it.  Please let me know if you need more info.
