Here is my configure line:

./configure --with-zlib --with-mm --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql --with-mcal=../libmcal --with-ldap --with-imap=../imap --with-gettext --enable-ftp --with-db3=/usr/local/BerkeleyDB.3.1 --with-apache=../apache --with-sablot

"./configure" finishes fine. It's when I do the "make" that zlib.c fails to compile. Here are the messages I get:

Here is the function "gz_seeker" from zlib.c:

static int gz_seeker(void *cookie,fpos_t position, int whence) {
        return gzseek(((struct gz_cookie *)cookie)->gz_file,position,whence);

Looks like the same sort of error we got in curl.c
and gd.c from that mega-patch.

I got the same error in a snapshot from Oct 26, 11:45am.
Inadvertently filed a dupe report (#7462).

Error was:

zlib.c: In function `gz_seeker':

zlib.c: At top level:
zlib.c:802: warning: initialization from incompatible pointer type

This seems to be fixed now. Do a cvs update.
