Hello, My name ByungSoo Kim.

I'v got a problem with PHP 4.0.3pl1.
Older version has no problem.

Problem.
 Temp file does not deleted after file uploads.

Temp Directory ( ls -l )
-rw------- 1 www www 0 Oct 23 13:12 php0FT2jZ
-rw------- 1 www www 0 Oct 23 13:12 php2YBRpY
