Already try to install it without MySQL support but got the following error after running make and make install.

After that, no php module is given out to apache/libexec. I can install with
php-4.0.0 but not succeed for the php-4.0.2.
Anyone knows what did I missed?
I have configure it with apxs of apache only without MySQL.
