php_crypt.dll wont work for win98 on php4.

I have uncommented it in the php.ini and downloaded the dll,

but it just hangs the server.

Lots have people have reported this problem on www.phpbuilder.com

there's no php_crypt.dll ....
it's built-in, in the windows releases after 4.0.3 as well
