On NT4 with IIS all the paths in the HTTP_ENV_VARS are now masked, p.e.

$PATH_TRANSLATED gives something like d:\\inetpub\\wwwroot\\abc\\index.php

PHP3 didn't behave like that, so I think this is a misbehaviour.
