nsapi.c:

loading php4_init the programm crashes because  EnterCriticalSection is called from  PLS_FETCH() without a previous InitializeCriticalSection.

InitializeCriticalSection is done within tsrm_startup() later.

Using Netscape Enterprise Server 3.63 WINAPI had to be renamed to NSAPI_PUBLIC

Please verify that it?s still happening using the latest version of PHP (release 4.0.1pl2 or CVS).

BTW, NSAPI is not considered stable yet.
