Bug #4290 i am unable to install php4.0 during ./configure command due to recursive error

i used source distribution
i am unable to run ./configure command
with following features like

CFLAGS= '02 -I/usr/local/ssl/include'
&& then
./configure --enable-track-vars
            --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql
            --enable-trans-sid
            --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs (also tried the alternative --with-apache=../apache_1.3.12)
            --disable-debug

it runs o.k.

but during "make" command  i got some recursive error often

then i put "rm config.cache" && "make clean"


and then tried many times.  but i am getting some error no.1 also with some recursive error when i try make command



please help me!!!!!!!!1

Please try RC2 or later. If you are still seeing this error then, please post the relevant lines of the output of "make." Thanks.
