This happens when I configure in mcal support. I added the #include <db.h> to the php_mcal.c file where I found this type specifier and it compiled ok after that.

cc: Error: php_mcal.c, line 71: Missing type specifier or type qualifier. (missingtype)
        u_int32_t uid;

cc: Error: php_mcal.c, line 1601: In this parameter list, "u_int32_t" must either be a type or must be followed by a ",". (badparseparam)
void cc_appended(u_int32_t uid)
