Libtool 1.3.3. With the CVS version :

Now I have a configure script but :

Any ideas ? May be my installation is broken ..

Ok, after a complete checkout, the buildconf script works. Configure worked
too, buy when I type make:

16:00 [webadmin:pts/1] orion:~/src/php4% make
Making all in Zend
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/local/web/src/Zend'
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `../config.status', needed by `Makefile'.  Stop.
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/local/web/src/Zend'
make: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

You can work around that by either using a separate build tree or by executing:

$ cd php4
$ rm -f Zend TSRM
$ mv ../Zend ../TSRM .
