cc: error 2017: Cannot recover from earlier errors, terminating.

Making all in ext
Making all in apache
        cc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I../.. -I../../libzend -I../../TSRM -I/store/store/bise04/apache/src-1.3.9-hp700ux10//src/include -I/store/store/bise04/apache/src-1.3.9-hp700ux10//src/os/unix -I../.. -I../../libzend -Ae -Ae -D_HPUX_SOURCE -g -c apache.c
-------------------------------------

In libzend the '-Ae' option is missing, thus no Ansi
support and the compilation fails.

Also, while it doesn't really cause any problems, for
the rest of the compilation, -Ae is given twice to cc.

-D_HPUX_SOURCE is also defined automatically when you
use -Ae, so it can be removed as well as long as -Ae
is used.
