I configured PHP 4 with --with-pdflib and it has been able to compile
just fine until today that I just syncronized with the current CVS
repository.  PDF lib 0.6 used pdf.h and not pdflib.h as this complains.
Also the include path where it was supposed to be found is not included in
the compile command line.

pdflib 0.6 will not be supported in php4 anymore.
Get the latest version 2.01.
