not a real bug, but seems that in 4.0.5 any php script will work fine though there is no semicolon at the end of the last command's line.
Just in case in the future inclusions are possible without php dropping "out of php mode", this should be fixed.

In PHP ; is a separator, and not and end-delimiter.
Bogusifying, because this is not a bug.
