The german translation of chop() is bullshit...
"trailing whitespaces" is translated as "f?hrende Leerzeichen", which is just the oppsosite thing ("leading whitespaces")! The example shown is pure phantasy...

Grant me a cvs account and I will repair this; I may help also translate some other things (en -> de) - Hartmut?
