Several features from the latest gd is missing.

gd and gd2 file format support, quote from their homepage:

gdImageDashedLine() is obsolete, quote from their homepage:

"gdImageDashedLine is provided solely for backwards compatibility with gd 1.0."


ImagePng($im); does not output a image stream to standard output, it outputs to a file on disk which is then read to output.

It should be done with something like gdImagePngToSink.

Use imagesetstyle() instead.
