Function description is currently
void PDF_setdash (int pdf object, double w, double b)

Should be
void PDF_setdash (int pdf object, double b, double w)

The proto description in the source is wrong (bug report filed).

PDFlib docs says function as
void PDF_setdash(PDF *p,float b,float w)

Experimentation with the function will prove this to be true.
