SOAPClient::SOAPClient documentation doesn't specify default soap_version.

It also doesn't list the constants that should be used for soap_version. It does say that it allows using SOAP 1.1 and 1.2

This bug has been fixed in the documentation's XML sources. Since the
online and downloadable versions of the documentation need some time
to get updated, we would like to ask you to be a bit patient.
