My script php not run in PHP 5.2.9

Reproduce code:

Expected result:
----------------
When you open the admin.php page I have to put a password and click LOGIN password is 123456 should give continuidae script in the opening block of authentication and administration.

Actual result:
--------------
When you enter the password nothing happens or reporting error.
