Description:
------------
Documentation for time_nanosleep states:

$nano = time_nanosleep(2, 100000);

if ($nano === true) {
  echo "Slept for 2 seconds, 100 milliseconds.\n";

The echo statement should read:
  echo "Slept for 2 seconds, 100 microseconds.\n";

or
  echo "Slept for 2 seconds, 0.1 milliseconds.\n";
